This is a piece written and illustrated by the artist Maira Kalman, entitled, "And The Pursuit Of Happiness." It chronicles her visit to Thomas Jefferson's home; Monticello in Virginia.
I really enjoyed it and felt it was appropriate, as it is the day after July 4th- Independence Day.
It appeared on her blog in the NY Times.
