In Europe, Golden Age artists were influenced by the Pre-Raphaelites and by such design-oriented movements as the Arts and Crafts Movement, Art Nouveau, and Les Nabis.
Edmund Dulac’s illustrations are unique and enchanting. He captures an otherworldly magic, which transports the viewer to a place of dreams inside themselves. He illustrated many of the classic fairytales, such as: Cinderella, Princess and the Pea, and The Little Mermaid. He created a book of his painting entitled, “Gods and Mortals in Love,” which is a must see for any lover of mythology and art.

Arthur Rackham illustrated many classic fairytales, fables, and is infamous for his paintings of fairies. His work is so lyrical, charming and magical; I find his artwork timeless and always inspiring.

How I have missed writing my blog. I'm back now after a long vacation and busy schedule with the release of my new book, EVIDENCE OF ANGELS. It's been very exciting to finally have this book out in the world after 3 years of working on it. I'd love to hear from those of you who have read it.
